What does "on-site" management mean?
"On-site" management means that there is a manager who lives in an apartment located at the facility. More importantly, it means better service and peace of mind for you.
Do you have video cameras?
Our facility uses video cameras as a security measure. Cameras are generally located at the point of entry and exit and other areas around the facility.
Can just anybody drive into the storage area?
No, we have an electronic gate system which can only be opened via a security code that is assigned to each individual tenant. Simply enter the code conveniently from your car and the gate will open. The code allows us to monitor who is entering and exiting the facility.
Do I need heated or climate control storage?
In many climates it is not necessary, but with the wet Long Beach weather, the use of heated storage is almost imperative to protect one's valuable belongings. This facility was designed with our coastal weather in mind. This being said, however, good ventilation and proper packing of your items is a key to avoiding problems.
Do I need to buy a lock for my unit?
Locks are not provided but we conveniently offer high quality disc locks for sale in our office.
What is the difference between an indoor and outdoor unit?
An outdoor unit has access from outside. An indoor unit is accessed from within the building and will require you to go inside to access your unit. Many customers find these more desirable for they are protected from inclement weather when accessing your unit. Carts are conveniently provided to assist you in moving your belongings.
